Elections of a Guildmaster can be called for at the middle of a round as well as at the end of a round if members of the guild feel there is a better canidate. The Guildmaster is responcible for maintaining a list of all members of the guild and thier earned titles. This record should be kept in .txt format so as to be easily transferable to the next Guildmaster.
1 Rogue Apprentice: New member or beginning thief
2 Cutpurse Apprentice: Member with a good basic understanding of what it is to be a professional thief.
3 Robber Apprentice: Shown willingness and desire to improve as well as a good grasp on the mechanics of thievery
4 Thief Brother/Sister: Has a really good grasp of thievery, and the mechanics of the game in general.
5 Disciple Brother/Sister: Has shown knowledge and ability as a professional thief as well as the ability to teach others how to improve thier game. Further these are the individuals who are contributing to the guild's projects.
6 Master Thief These are the teachers of the teachers. They exibit great understanding of the game, and a history of contributing to the guild and shareing thier knowledge with others.
7 Grand Master This is the highest honor that can be given to a guild member. Not even the being Guildmaster grants this title. It is only granted after a Master Thief has spent several rounds teaching, and then only by a unanimous vote of all Master Thieves and any current Grand Masters.

Initially level 1 through 6 are filled by voting promotions from within a given rank. After a rank has at least 3 members it may start voting in new members from the level below. After the ranks have been filled by promoting from below, the vote will be transfered to being elevated from above, except in the case of Grand Master mentioned and detailed above.

All titles are reflections of honor and respect. All members have equal say in all matters of interest to the guild (though vote for promotions is restricted to those of appropriate level). The Guildmaster may set a deadline for all elections of no less than 3 days to give people a chance to cast thier vote while expediting the voting procedure.
